OUR MOST FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How can I order from you?

We have made ordering super easy and have provided 3 different options to allow you to choose the method that is right for you.

Our order processes can be found here.

If you are nervous about ordering something so precious, please do call or email and ask us as many questions as you wish. You can also book a video consultation to speak with one of our specialists.

We have developed a platinum service across the USA which is now completely free.

How long does it take to make my memorial?

Orders take approximately 4 weeks to complete.

Our ordering processes can be read here.

Can I come and see you?

We have 2 large jewellery studios based in the UK where we carry out all of our manfuacturing, however we do not have a storefront that can be visited in the United States.

We recommend booking an Online Video Consultation to have a chat with us and view our sample pieces.

I don’t know my ring size, what do I do?

If you do not know your ring size, don't worry, you can still place your order. Simply choose 'I'm unsure - Please send me a ring sizer' from the dropdown box on the product page of the ring you wish to buy. You can then proceed to checkout and make payment. We will then send you a ring sizer with your collection kit so you can measure your finger and let us know what size you require.

Will I be able to see the ashes in the pieces?

All designs made with glass have visible ashes. Our Secrets Jewelry Collection is designed to be a more discreet and personal memorial so the ashes or hair are hidden within the piece and not visible.

Can I have more than one person's ashes in a piece?

Yes, we regularly do this. We can also use ashes and hair or fur in a single piece.

How much ashes are needed to make a glass art memorial or piece of cremation jewelry?

One teaspoon is required for most orders. If you are unsure, just get in touch with us and ask. We always return unused ashes with your finished piece.

How do I know that my piece contains my loved one's ashes?

Our entire process is quality assured and each piece is certified to guarantee the ashes that are within it are those of your loved one. You can read more about our process here, or get in touch if you have any questions about how we do this.

Our team all know what it is like to experience loss. We treat each individual order with the compassion and respect they deserve, in the same way that we would wish our own loved ones to be cared for.

What happens if there are remaining ashes once you have made my order?

All ashes that are sent and not used in the making of your piece will be sent back to you with your completed order.

What happens if there is hair left over once my order is made?

We send back all leftover hair with your completed piece.

What is the warranty on my jewelry?

All our jewelry comes with a 12-month manufacturing guarantee.  The warranty, however, will not be valid if the item has been defected by hard wear and tear and if the glass gemstone has been scratched or scuffed. Necklace chains are only guaranteed for three months owing to wear and tear.

How do I pay for my chosen piece?

When ordering online we will take payment at checkout.

If ordering during a Video Consultation appointment, we can take payment for you over the video call.

How will my order be sent to me once it is completed?

Once your order is complete we will get in touch with you regarding your shipping details. You will receive tracking for your delivery. All deliveries are via our specialist couriers.

Do you really make everything by hand?

Yes. We are expert glass and jewelry makers that use traditional processes to ensure the highest quality of finishes. We are extremely confident that you will not find better quality anywhere.

Do you make custom designs?

Yes. We can design and make custom jewelry or artwork. Please get in touch to discuss your ideas with us or read more about this process here.

Do you work with resin?

Resin is a pourable plastic. Whilst there are many companies that use this for memorials, we don’t believe it is suitable as resin discolors in the sun, shrinks over time, and is easily damaged by water, soap, cosmetics, and cleaning products.
